Hi, I’m Jo! I created Reset With Jo to be a space where you can relax, feel cared for, and leave with a little more confidence than when you arrived. I became a licensed esthetician in July 2025 and am certified in lash lifts and tints, along with classic lash extensions. I’m also Dermalogica Pro-trained, allowing me to provide results-driven skincare treatments using professional-grade products. I now welcome clients into my private spa suite, located inside Brighter Smiles and Beauty. Whether you’re here for lashes or skincare, my goal is to make every appointment feel relaxing, personalized, and leave you feeling your best. Don’t see a time that works when booking? Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and respect for my schedule and all clients, a fee of 80% of the service total will apply to appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee.
If you are running late: Communication is greatly appreciated. A 10-minute grace period is provided.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time without prior communication, your appointment will be considered a no-show and will be subject to the 80% fee.
No-call, no-shows will be charged 80% of the service total and may be unable to book future appointments.
